What is myMeal?

MyMeal is a digital meal fund management platform that enables guardians, sponsors, and institutions to allocate dedicated meal allowances directly to students in Malaysia.

Hybrid Model: Fintech x Social Impact

We operate as a structured digital fund management platform with governance, compliance and revenue sustainability.

MyMeal is not purely charity-based, however, we do have a social impact program called Mealbank for underprivilege.

Why MyMeal Was Created

During university, many students — including myself — received sufficient monthly allowances. Yet by mid-month, the funds were often depleted due to lifestyle spending, online shopping, social outings, and FOMO-driven habits.

At the same time, underprivileged students struggled to secure sponsorship because donors were skeptical:

“Is the money really used for meals?”

myMeal was built to solve both issues —
to create a dedicated, controlled, and transparent meal fund system.

Growing up, I watched my father consistently extend help to the underprivileged. He gave quietly and sincerely — never expecting recognition.

But there was always one uncertainty:
Was the money truly used the way it was intended?

That question stayed with me.

Good intentions deserve good governance.

By building myMeal, I hope to set a new standard — where funds meant for meals are managed in the most trusted, structured, and transparent way possible.
